What we store
Your email (for sign-in), nickname, age range and style preference, unlocked pages and purchase history, in-progress coloring (private, autosaved), uploaded images (processed for conversion only), and standard server logs (~30 days).
Where it lives
All data lives in Supabase's EU-West (London) region. Stripe holds payment data on its own PCI-compliant infrastructure — we never see or store card details. Email delivery goes through Resend.
Who we share with
Nobody, except the processors above (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel for hosting). We don't sell data, run ad pixels, or train AI on your uploads or creations.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request export or deletion of your data anytime by emailing privacy@vividvoid.com. Deletion is permanent — purchase history is retained only as required by accounting law.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie for sign-in (Supabase Auth). No tracking cookies. We may add privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics — no cookies, no PII) later.
Children
Vivid Void is for adults (18+). We block under-18 signups at the onboarding step.
